Capsicum fruits are the source of many pungent spices that we enjoy. The small, round fruit is botanically known as a "berry" and has about four simple fertile carpels. The seed is surrounded by a soft, fleshy membrane that covers the seed until maturity. Capsicum fruits ripen in mid-summer and have many uses in Asian cuisine and around the world.

Step 1:
Fill the pot with pot mix, make a hole and place the cocopeat coin.

Step 2:
Pour half a glass of water on the cocopeat. After it rises, sow the seeds.

1. How much time does it take to grow?
Peppers have a long growing season, so ideally 60 to 90 days.

Begin to pick the peppers once they are 3 to 4 inches (7.6 to 10 cm.) long and the fruit is firm and green. If they feel somewhat thin, the peppers aren’t ripe. If they feel soggy, it means they’ve been left on the plant too long.
