  • Orders can be canceled at no additional cost if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped.
  • Shipping typically occurs within 24 hours of order placement.
  • To cancel your order promptly, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.


2. Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, a cancellation fee of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that the original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • For orders with a total value below ₹200, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied, resulting in no refund.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including order cancellations.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, after applicable deductions, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
