www.potandbloom.com ensures quality products and packaging to our customers. We have partnered with reputed courier agencies for a safe and timely delivery. There is free shipping on orders above Rs.450.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

All the orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 working days. Most of the orders are delivered to your address within 2-6 working days from the date when the order is placed. You can track your order by clicking here.

Can you return plants? No.

Pot and Bloom does not accept returns on our products 

If you are worried about anything, just contact our support team:

Replacement.

If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 1 days after delivery. We will initiate to send the replacement product accordingly. 

Cancellation Policy 

At PotandBloom.com, we strive to provide prompt and efficient service. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation policy outlined below:
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
● Orders can be canceled at no additional cost if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped.
● Shipping typically occurs within 24 hours of order placement.
● To cancel your order promptly, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.


2. Order Cancellation After Shipping
● If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, a cancellation fee of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund.
● Please note that the original delivery charges are non-refundable.
● For orders with a total value below ₹200, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied, resulting in no refund.


3. Delivery Charges
● Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including order cancellations.
